scheduled time.
**Tour deposits are non-refundable, but
we can transfer the deposit to an agreed upon future date. Transfer requests must be
made prior to two hours before the scheduled tour time.
***Tour cancellations due to any
uncontrollable circumstance by BIGRED Rentals will be fully refundable.
